Thanks for taking a minute to find out who I am. My name is Joe and I love the roofing business. After spending almost 6 years in China, I returned home looking for the next challenge. I was introduced to the roofing world. This world has provided well for me, my wife, and my three sons. I currently and by God's grace will live the rest of my life in Texas. If you want to take our conversation off track, bring up The Office, Dallas Cowboys, religion, or politics.

In the roofing world, I have been blessed to learn from amazing men who have spent decades honing their craft. It's a challenging and competitive world that truly tests the character and perseverance of any daring enough to take it on. After spending time in sales, marketing, and management - I came to the realization that most roofing companies struggle with the same themes: retaining good talent, recurring revenue, and repeat business. So, I've decided to bring my energy to tackling those issues (hopefully better than the Dallas defense).
